The company MÖLLER invites you to a customer training

Customers can be trained on our control devices

In the past two weeks, customer training courses for control devices have taken place on Fridays in our company's in-house training room. The aim of the customer training courses was to give customers who use MÖLLER controllers in their operations a better understanding.

In order not only to discuss the theory, but also to strengthen practice, the participants were provided with appropriate control devices for testing. With these they could try out their newly acquired knowledge right away.

After two successful days, the training courses ended with positive feedback.

MÖLLER at the autumn fair in Bjelovar, Croatia

TOS and MÖLLER take off

The annual autumn fair in Bjelovar Croatia was a very good time to present the new cooperation between MÖLLER and the Croatia-based company TOS to a wide audience.

The autumn fair Bjelovar 2015 was ushered in with the stand celebration of the company TOS on Friday evening. Many customers, acquaintances and company partners were cordially invited. The numerous guests were treated to various delicacies to the atmospheric music of a Mariatschie band.

Last year they had a stand of 30m², this year they could present themselves to the interested public on a stand with a size of 125m².

All cooperating companies were represented at the TOS stand. The companies Witte Lastrup, KH Witte as well as Jyga Tech European and the company MÖLLER.

At the very well-attended booth, each of the numerous interested parties could have a contact person with advice and action. So many good and interesting conversations were held. The respective exhibits of the individual companies were examined with great interest and were able to contribute very well to the illustration of the technology.

To sum up the fair, it can be clearly stated that TOS offers a very wide range of options with which all customer requirements can be met. Due to the great interest in the stand and the current order situation, we can look to the future with great confidence.

Möller Czech Republic celebrates its 20th company anniversary

Great corporate event in the Old Town

This MÖLLER branch was founded in 1995 on the initiative of the MÖLLER company founder, Mr. Dieter Möller, and the current managing director of MÖLLER CZECH REPUBLIC, Mr. Jaroslav Černuška. The 20th anniversary of the subsidiary from Staré Město in the south-east of the Czech Republic was extensively celebrated on September 5th with almost 100 invited customers, employees and friends.

A large delegation with representatives from Diepholz also traveled to the Czech Republic for the occasion at the beginning of September. In his greeting, Mr. Černuška found warm words for “the German friends”. A varied supporting program was organized, including a performance by a Czech chamber orchestra, a wine tasting and a visit to a “steel zoo”.

At dusk, the guests could relax at the barbecue with typical delicacies to traditional costume music (cymbal music).

Once again, congratulations to MÖLLER CZECH REPUBLIC for this special anniversary.

The Möller company helps Japanese people get an internship in a German butcher shop

Hikaru Ota is doing a four-week internship in Varrel

In August of this year, we received an inquiry from one of our Japanese customers through Mr. Hideo Hayashi, our agent for our Japanese presence. In it, the Bright Pig Co. Ltd. his interest in finding her 27-year-old food technician Hikaru Ota for a four-week internship abroad in a butcher's shop in Germany.

We then contacted the local businesses, which ultimately established a connection with the Kollhorst butchery from Varrel. The entire manufacturing process from slaughter to the finished product takes place in this butcher's shop and was therefore ideally suited for the internship. Master butcher Gerhard Kollhorst was immediately taken with the suggestion to take on an intern from abroad, so he offered the Japanese an internship in his company, despite concerns about communication. The further organization of Mr. Ota's stay went without any problems and so he was able to successfully complete his internship and return to Japan with many impressions.

House Düsse invites you

On the annual Pig Day in the agricultural test and education center Haus Düsse, MÖLLER from Diepholz presented their pig farming products to visitors with around 80 other exhibitors through its North Rhine-Westphalian agency MARTIN PUMPE from Sendenhorst.

The focus at MÖLLER was on the biological "BACTUS exhaust air scrubber", which works on the principle of trickle bed reactors and has been successfully operating in the farrowing pen at Haus Düsse for more than 2 years, as well as the new "MÖLLER OFFICE" software for remote data retrieval from climate control devices .

Apprentices start their careers at Möller

Our career starters in 2015

Punctually on August 1, 2015, the Möller company from Heede started the new training year with three new trainees and three interns from the technical college (FOT) and economics (FOW). Over the next three and a half years, Leon Möller, Tim Turek and Nico Ahlering will learn to become electronics technicians for energy and building technology, and Sophie Hülskämper (FOW), Dominik Richter and Bennet Lange (both FOT) will do their 1-year internship in our company .

Completion of the Agricultural Education Center (LBZ) Echem

Now the time has come, because after a three-year construction and planning phase, the Echem Agricultural Education Center of the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture has finally been completed. In this project, the Möller company installed various ventilation and heating systems in the field of conventional pig farming in cooperation with the specialist advisors from the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture. With these new and forward-looking institutions across national borders, the Chamber now has excellent training and further education opportunities for agricultural trainees. In order to be able to realize this progressive project, a total of 29.9 million euros was invested.

With the now built and modernized training workshops for pork and beef as well as the boarding school, the following focuses are now served in Echem:

• Inter-company training for cattle and pigs,
• advanced training in the field of livestock farming and
• consumer communication

So that you can get an idea of the new facilities, a colorful courtyard party will be held on September 5th at 2 p.m. In addition to the official inauguration, with 300 invited guests, there will be a courtyard party in the evening.

Teaching and testing center Futterkamp

Ventilation system for dairy cattle shed, milking center and waiting area

The teaching and research center Futterkamp is the facility for animal production and agricultural construction within the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Agriculture. By equipping it with an extensive, future-oriented cattle and pig husbandry as well as the maintenance of a building and energy exhibition, the numerous tasks in agricultural education, in testing, in consulting and in public relations can be fulfilled. In addition, on the first Thursday of the month there is a construction exhibition with a changing focus.

The ventilation system in the dairy cattle barn, milking center and waiting area of the teaching and testing center Futterkamp was implemented by the Möller company. Additional project partners involved were the company Ziehl-Abegg SE, the stable construction consultancy Thomas Heidenreich and the Schleswig-Holstein Chamber of Agriculture.

Gleanings: Big Challenge Germany

Successful participation for a good cause

Last weekend, German pig farmers and other people connected with agriculture mastered the "BIG Challenge" in the fight against cancer on the initiative of our customer Mr. Georg Biedemann (1st chairman of the "Big Challenge Animal Keepers Against Cancer eV") for the second time. A route from Winnekendonk to Xanten and back was contested as a cyclist or runner. 100 percent of the money collected from sponsors during the “BIG Challenge” goes to the German Cancer Aid.

This year the MÖLLER company also started with a team for the bicycle route. The “Team Möller” consisted of Messrs Christian Köllmer, Oliver Stickan, Thomas Henkel and Manuel Rohlfs.

On the morning of the day of the event, the donation level was already around 175,000 euros and around 320 athletes took part in this year's edition of the "BIG Challenge". The Möller team also made it to the finish line and can look back on a successful event in favor of the German Cancer Aid, so that even the Diepholzer Kreisblatt reported on it.

Opening of the TOS showroom in Croatia

TOS Werksmaschinen Ltd. is a company with a long history and a proven track record of manufacturing, installing and maintaining agricultural, industrial and food processing equipment and prefabricated steel structures in the construction industry. Ten months after the takeover, TOS is opening a 1000 square meter exhibition space all in one restored factory building. Products from TOS and a number of European companies are exhibited there.

In the showroom there is part of the product range of systems for animal breeding from TOS as well as eight other companies from different parts of Europe: DeLaval GmbH, Agrotel GmbH, Albert Kerbl GmbH, AKO-Agrartechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Möller GmbH, Witte - Lastrup GmbH, Holm & Laue GmbH and Barku Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co.

The opening was very well received. Numerous guests took the opportunity to take a look at the newly designed showroom. The geographical location in particular makes the showroom an ideal opportunity to bring Möller's products and technology closer to customers on-site using the equipment on display and to explain the options for the desired area of application.

Messe IPPS 2015 in Nagoya, Japan



Japan International Agricultural Fair

From June 10th to 12th, 2015, the International Poultry & Pig Show (IPPS) 2015 took place in Nagoya, Japan. As in previous years, Möller was represented at this year's IPPS with our local partner, the Sekine company. There was a large number of visitors to the booth, so that many interesting conversations could be held and good contacts made. From our point of view a successful trade fair.

The IPPS is considered to be the largest trade fair in Japan, which specializes in the field of cattle breeding and is made up of exhibitors from the poultry and pig sectors.

Big Challenge Germany

Giving up is out of the question - active sports against cancer!

Big Challenge Deutschland eV is an association founded by farmers that is committed to the fight against cancer. With the Big Challenge Day, a social sporting event, sponsorship and donation money is collected, 100% of which goes to Deutsche Krebshilfe eV, in selected projects. The goal is the fight against cancer!

We will support this year's Big Challenge Day on June 20th, 2015. Our company sends its "Team Möller" to the start, which will compete with the bike route. The bike route runs from Winnekendonk via Sonsbeck Switzerland to Xanten and back again. It covers 43.2 km with 250 m elevation gain. Between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m., a maximum of 7 laps, i.e. 315 km, can be mastered.

This is the day of the year with the most visitors in Uffenheim and the surrounding area. The traditional Walpurgium procession starts at 1 p.m., after which the shops and businesses are open. Especially on the Baywa site there is a lot of activity all day long.

International Agricultural Fair in Lithuania

The Möller company was represented at this year's Ką pasėsi ... 2015 with our local partner, the Agrocomfortas company. The fair received around 100,000 visitors from 19 countries over three days. 311 companies, institutes and organizations presented their innovative agricultural machinery and technologies in the field of cattle breeding.

The Bayerische Landwirtschaftliche Wochenblatt (March 13, 2015, issue 11) has published an article about the dress rehearsal of the Animal Welfare Initiative for the Friess farm in Uffenheim.

Company event: Underground in the Barsinghausen monastery gallery

Deep underground ...

Once only the bravest took on the mountain. The work was hard and dangerous. Our company faced this experience, because at the previous company event we visited the monastery tunnel in Barsinghausen. On the one hand, it was about the history of Deister mining and the work underground. On the other hand, a 1380 meter horizontal entrance into the tunnel was also on the plan.

After the tour under the Deister, there was a buffet on site where everyone could sit comfortably together. In addition, a slide show was prepared with pictures from the previous Christmas party. We think it was a successful event!

MÖLLER at the AGRAR entrepreneur days in Münster

With over 30,000 visitors, the exhibition in Münster again presented itself as the leading regional trade fair for the agricultural sector in northwest Germany. MÖLLER is also traditionally represented at the Agricultural Entrepreneur Days with its own stand. The atypical - but agriculture-friendly - opening times from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. were well received by farmers.

In addition to the DLG-certified BACTUS exhaust air scrubber to reduce dust, ammonia and odor emissions and the FAIR-PIG supply air system for the piglet rearing area, the ARV system (Animal Response Ventilation) was one of the trade fair highlights at the MÖLLER stand. With this patented process, heat and cold stress in pigs can be avoided in the future and the thermal well-being of the animals can be significantly improved. At the EUROTIER trade fair in Hanover in November 2014, this product was awarded the silver medal for innovations from the German Agricultural Society (DLG).

Möller also represented at the AgroMash Expo in Budapest

Möller was represented at this year's AgroMash Expo 2015, the largest agricultural trade fair in Hungary, with our local partner, Farmtechnik Kft.

The interest in the control devices exhibited by us and the technology in general from our company was very high. Many interesting conversations were held and good contacts were made. All in all, a thoroughly successful trade fair from our point of view.

The AgroMash Expo is the most important trade fair in Hungary and the neighboring countries, where agricultural innovations regularly celebrate their premiere. This year more than 40,000 trade visitors and 270 exhibitors visited the fair, at which all leading machine manufacturers and dealers presented themselves.
