We meet your requirements with a wide range of services.
Single suction
With individual extraction, the air is blown directly out of the compartment through vertical exhaust air chimneys. It is not necessary to build horizontal exhaust ducts. The advantage of this is that you have very little resistance to get the air out of the compartment. Each compartment has its own ventilation. Thanks to the large series of fans, it is possible to adapt to the respective ventilation requirements. The installation of a single extraction system can be used very variably in every building shell and the system control is very easy. The low cleaning effort and high energy efficiency with ETAvent technology round off the overall concept.
Central suction
In contrast to the individual extraction, with the central extraction the exhaust air is bundled in a horizontal exhaust air collecting duct.
Above / underfloor extractor
There are two different systems of exhaust air ducting in the vacuum system, the surface and the underfloor suction. They only differ from the location where the exhaust air is extracted.
Exhaust pipes made of CFC-free, highly insulating rigid polyurethane foam, outside with UV-stabilized GRP coating, inside optionally with hydrophobic mineral fleece or with a GRP coating.
This system of exhaust air components is constantly being developed, so you are well equipped for your planning tasks.
The advantages at a glance:
Reve "vario-clip®" exhaust pipe system
The trend towards ever larger chimney diameters, more exports and increased transport costs were the main ideas behind the development of the system.
The advantages of the full pipe should be retained as far as possible, which has also been achieved. The standard length of 1 m was extended to 1.5 m at the customer's request, so that the shutter and fan can be accommodated in one pipe segment if required. During the development, additional product advantages emerged that make the system an interesting alternative to full pipes.
The range of accessory components largely corresponds to the conventional exhaust pipe system.
ECblue Energiesparventilator
Energy saving
The ECblue from Ziehl Abegg is a fan with extremely low energy consumption. The integrated control enables optimal control compared to existing systems.
The advantages at a glance:
400V Ventilator
The 400V fan from Ziehl Abegg is available with the following diameters: 558 to 1,250 mm
Volume flow (free blowing) from 8,330 to 48,000 m³ / h.
Properties and special features:
230V Ventilator
The 230V fan from Ziehl Abegg is available with the following diameters: 315 to 910 mm
Volume flow (free blowing) from 2,050 to 23,000 m³ / h.
Properties and special features:
Diffuser
The construction is made of polyethylene.
The diffuser enables the exhaust air to flow out without loss, which results in an increase in volume flow of up to 15%, ie energy savings of up to 15% are possible with the same amount of air.

Closing flap MRU
The module flap with servomotor offers a wide range of possible uses:
As a measuring and throttling unit in the exhaust air chimney, as a blow-out unit in the wall and as a suction module from the compartment into the collecting duct. Made of insulating PU rigid integral foam with an integrated inlet nozzle that increases the volume flow by up to 10%. Optimized in terms of flow technology, this offers a uniform and linear flow behavior. Delivery as a module with mounted servomotor, available ready for connection in sizes from Ø 420 to 1,270 mm.
In an emergency, we are available for you 24 hours a day.
