Gas heaters


Fan heating

The fan heaters are manufactured in stainless steel housings with electrical ignition and ionization flame monitoring especially for agriculture. They are characterized by high economic efficiency and ease of maintenance.

Gas ejector

Gas infrared heaters are an economical source of heat for every species of animal. The infrared rays penetrate the air without loss and are converted directly into heat on the carcasses and on the floor. The air is only warmed up secondary and remains relatively cool. For this reason, the heat loss through the house ventilation is minimized. Each stall compartment can be regulated automatically by means of a motorized gas regulator.

Convector

The fan coil units GK15, GK30 and GK48 are equipped with electrical ignition and ionization monitoring. They are suitable for natural and liquid gas in regulated operation. The convector housing and the combustion chamber are made of stainless steel and are therefore ideally suited for use in stable systems. In connection with the convector control KVS2, several compartments can be connected to one convector. Particularly suitable for the feed aisle ventilation.

Hot water heaters


Hot water blower

The "Heat-X" hot water heater is ideal for heating the individual compartments in a climate-neutral and effective manner. There is a choice of devices with an output of 15 kW to 140 kW.

Alternatively, Möller also offers a mobile version “Heat-X” compact with an output of 15kW and 30kW. As the name suggests, these are characterized by their compact design.


Compared to a gas cannon, »Heat-X« ® has the advantage that when heat is generated in the stable, neither oxygen is burned, nor CO² and water vapor are produced. No open flame in the barn also means a considerable improvement in fire protection.

 

Both types are characterized by their handy and compact design and thus facilitate variable use throughout the company. The whole construction is robust as it is made of durable stainless steel and plastic material. The smooth surface is particularly easy to clean.

 

Type 1 H / C has a handle and a housing made of GRP, which saves considerable weight so that transport to the individual compartments is made easier. The exchanger lamellas are made of stainless steel and the fan comes from the new energy-saving series EC-Blue from Ziehl-Abegg. This has improved performance and has plastic blades that are particularly quiet.

 

In conjunction with the quick-release coupling, the hot water heaters can be connected and disconnected quickly. These are self-locking on both sides and have a long service life.

Twinrohrheizung

Due to the large surface, a maximum heat output of up to 300 watts / running meter is achieved. As a result, fewer pipes have to be laid and assembly costs are saved.

The push-in fittings (one-sided, two-sided and 180 ° bend) for easier connection of the pipes are new. The fittings mean that sealing is no longer necessary and quick and easy assembly is guaranteed. The new push-in fittings for connecting the pipes are available in different designs. The push-in fitting on one side serves as the transition from the "Delta / Twin pipe" Plus to the connection system and with the push-in fitting on both sides, two "Delta / Twin pipes" Plus can be easily and quickly connected to one another.


The new U-connectors are ideal for connecting two rows of 3/4 "twin pipes lying on top of each other.

Piglet nest heating


Warm water piglet nest heating with plastic-coated thermal insulation and stainless steel hinges for easy folding up, in different widths and heating capacities. The heating panel is made of a high quality aluminum alloy and anodized.

Fan heater for natural and liquefied gases

 

The gas-fired warm air generators are manufactured in stainless steel housings with electrical ignition and infrared flame monitoring specifically for heating stables in agriculture. They are characterized by high economic efficiency and ease of maintenance.

Furthermore, the all-gas fan heaters can be converted to the respective gas type by changing the nozzle and adjusting the pressure.

Fan heater for liquefied gases

 

The gas-fired warm air generators are manufactured in stainless steel housings with electrical ignition and infrared flame monitoring specifically for heating stables in agriculture. They are characterized by high economic efficiency and ease of maintenance.

Fully automatic operation of the liquid gas fan heater is possible using a thermostat or ventilation control. In addition, the heating costs are reduced by an automatic temperature control.

Central convector

Piglet nest heating

 

New warm water zone heating guarantees optimal temperature distribution in the lying area. This heating panel is characterized by high energy efficiency, easy cleaning and the robust design with thermal insulation on the rear.

 

The heating panels make it possible, for example, in the piglet rearing house, to lower the room temperature in the compartment by up to 5 ° C with constant daily weight gain.
