All about automation in Hamburg

Switchgear and control cabinet construction as an application area in focus

The all about automation trade fair year 2019 will start on January 16 and 17, 2019. Over 120 exhibitors, including service providers, distributors, component and system manufacturers and regional dealers, will present the current state of industrial automation technology in the Hamburg-Schnelsen exhibition hall.

The fair covers all areas, including, for example, drive technology, control technology, industrial electronics, safety-related automation, switchgear construction, industrial communication, assembly and handling technology, image processing, visualization and sensor technology, as well as services and engineering for automation.

Once again this year, the focus will be on proven and successful products, ready-to-use solutions and high-performance concepts for industrial automation. But switchgear and control cabinet construction is also moving into focus as an application area.

We are also exhibiting at the all about automation in Hamburg this year.

That was EuroTier 2018

"Möller Virus Protection" a complete success

The leading international trade fair EuroTier took place in Hanover from November 13th to 16th.

At the world's largest trade exhibition for animal husbandry and management, 2,597 exhibitors from 62 countries presented their new, proven and further developed products on an area of 260,000 m². We were also represented this year with a new 120m² booth.

Our new supply air filtration module "Möller Virus Protection (MVP)" caused quite a stir. The module enables, through the use of filter inserts and UVC radiation, the elimination of PRRS viruses and other pathogens in the supply air of pig stalls. This combination combines two different air purification mechanisms in one housing, whereby the module is able to filter out and kill up to 99.98% of the PRRS viruses and microorganisms in the supply air.

As in previous years, we can again draw a consistently positive conclusion from the four days of trade fair operation. Despite all the political imponderables, there was an obviously positive mood among the trade fair visitors. We were able to win many new customers among those interested, but also old acquaintances took the time to stop by the exhibition stand and to exchange ideas.

Visit us again at the next EuroTier! This will take place including EnergyDecentral from November 17 to 20, 2020 in Hanover on the exhibition grounds.

Brockum wholesale market, as every year, a success

For the 460th time wholesale market in Brockum

After four market days, in which a good 200,000 visitors enjoyed the combination of entertainment market and business show, the 460th Brockum wholesale market came to an end.

With the largest cattle market in Northern Germany, a trade show with a size of 3,500 square meters and a varied amusement market, there was something for everyone.

For more than 10 years now, we have been offering interesting information on the topics of agricultural climate and photovoltaics in our separate tent at the trade show. This year, too, the Brockumer Markt offered the opportunity to maintain existing customer contacts and make new ones.

Successful trade fair appearance in Croatia

EuroTier 2018

For the 13th time the EuroTier takes place in Hanover

On November 13th, the EuroTier, the world's largest exhibition for animal husbandry and management, will open its doors again.

Until November 16, numerous exhibitors will show their extensive range and present everything to do with products and technologies from the areas of professional animal husbandry, breeding programs, milking technology, stable construction and feeding, air conditioning and environmental technology.

This year you will find us in hall 17 stand B 13.

That was the open day in Griesheim



The new boar stall is expected to be put into operation at the end of August

On the occasion of the completion of the new boar stable for 180 breeding boars, the inauguration of the new premises took place on August 7th, 2018. All companies involved in the construction introduced themselves and gave insights into the work done.

Among the visitors were not only neighbors, friends and acquaintances, but also employees from public institutions and other insemination centers took the time to visit.

Apprentices start their careers at Möller

Our career starters 2018

Punctually on August 1, 2018, the Möller company from Heede started the new training year with three new apprentices and three interns from the technical college (FOT) and economics (FOW). Over the next three and a half years, Leon Möller, Tim Turek and Nico Ahlering will learn to become electronics technicians for energy and building technology, and Sophie Hülskämper (FOW), Dominik Richter and Bennet Lange (both FOT) will do their 1-year internship in our company .

Open day in Griesheim

The new boar stall is expected to be put into operation at the end of August

On the occasion of the completion of the new boar stall for 180 breeding boars, the ZBH / GFS Schweinbesamung GmbH invites you to an “open day”.

The inauguration of the new boar stable will take place on Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 from 10.30 am. Information is provided about the construction of the stable, companies and breeding associations involved in the construction introduce themselves and there is the opportunity to visit the new stable.

Stable description:

Boar stall with 180 places, 2 compartments with 90 animals

Exhaust air:

Individual above-ground suction with energy-saving frequency converter technology, 2 exhaust fans per compartment

Supply air:

The fresh air gets through a supply air filtration module with the help of a supply air fan in 2 central supply air ducts in the roof space of the building. From there, trickle channels with perforated inlet plates are fed over the animal area.

All about automation in Essen successfully completed



Regional automation trade fair

Regional, compact and competent: this is how we presented ourselves for the first time at all about automation on June 6th and 7th, 2018 at the trade fair in Essen. 130 exhibitors advised 1,114 trade visitors, made new contacts and cultivated existing relationships. A varied spectrum of exhibitors was represented within the thematic fields of industrial automation. The focus of the fair was on the requirements of the customers for the products and their implementation.

New construction of a fattening house with liquid feeding

The inauguration of the newly built mast stall was celebrated on May 21, 2018. All interested parties were invited to take a look at the new premises.

In addition to an official inauguration, all visitors were able to find out more about the project and get an idea of the technology on guided tours through the stable.

In addition, when the weather was wonderful, physical well-being was provided in the form of a large barbecue and German beer.

Customers were trained on our control devices

On May 18, 2018, a customer training course for control devices from MÖLLER took place in the training room of our company. In the customer training, the customers were taught how to handle the control devices that they use in their company.

In order not only to discuss theory, but also to strengthen practice, appropriate control devices were made available to customers for testing. With these they could try out their newly acquired knowledge right away.

TECHAGRO in Brno / Czech Republic

One of the largest agricultural fairs in Europe opened its doors again

From April 8th to 12th the TECHAGRO took place again this year. TECHAGRO is one of the largest agricultural trade fairs in Europe and offers a presentation platform for agriculture. On an area of 70,000 m², agricultural technology brands from the European market can exhibit and test their latest trends and innovations every two years. From allotment gardeners to large farms, everyone was able to find out more and make new contacts this year.

For the twelfth time, the company MÖLLER sro from the Czech Republic was represented at the trade fair for agriculture. As in the years before, new customers could be won, but old acquaintances also took the time to visit the booth. Traditionally, Möller did not present any products, but instead focused again on personal conversations with the guests.

Handover of the Siemens Solution Partner certificate

Möller has been an official Siemens Solution Partner in the area of "Automation Drives / Advanced Factory Automation" since October 2017. This was followed by the handover of the certificate by the Siemens sales representative Cüneyt Müldür (from left) from the Bremen branch.

Our head of industrial automation, Oliver Bierholz (from right), accepted the certificate and was pleased about the appreciation from Siemens. "For us, this partnership is confirmation of the good work we have done over the past few years. We have always relied on Siemens products, especially in the area of automation, and have had very good experiences with them."

In addition to the sales figures to be achieved, training courses and evidence of competence based on employee certifications are also required in order to be able to bear the name of Solution Partner.

RegioAgrar Bayern 2018 successfully completed



Eighth RegioAgrar is still on the road to success

From February 6th to 8th, 2018, the RegioAgrar Bayern took place in Augsburg for the eighth time. At the regional trade fair for agricultural production and management, the company MÖLLER presented its new, proven and further developed products with the support of the service support point Heinrich Gleiß from Uttenhofen, as well as 130 other exhibitors.

In conclusion, RegioAgrar Bayern can say that it was a successful trade fair for MÖLLER. Apart from new inquiries, contact with existing customers could be maintained. Both new buildings by existing customers and new customers could be discussed in a calm atmosphere.

Another very important aspect of this fair is the lively communication between representatives of other companies. Both competitors and representatives from other areas were able to constructively discuss innovations, further developments or possible collaborations.

We are expanding our options



Training on P8 (V2.7)

In order to grow with the demands of the market, at the beginning of the new year three more employees were trained in handling the current version of the CAE software ePLAN Electric P8 (version 2.7). With this step, we want to modernize and expand our knowledge of applications and projects in a customer-oriented manner. Because further training and knowledge transfer are crucial for a good project development.

EPLAN Electric P8 offers innovative options for planning, documenting and managing electrotechnical automation projects. The automatic creation of detailed evaluations on the basis of the circuit diagrams completes the comprehensive documentation as an integral part and supplies downstream project phases such as production, assembly, commissioning and service with the necessary data. Engineering data from other project areas can be exchanged via interfaces of the CAE software and thus guarantee consistency and integration over the entire product development process.
